WHAT IS THE HAWK EMPIRE?

The Hawk Empire (Handling Aggression with Knowledge) is dedicated to assisting professionals in preventing and managing aggressive behaviors in both the work and home environment.  Our mission is to provide the education and skill sets necessary to de-escalate conflict and facilitate healthier communities.  Through empowerment, individuals will acquire the knowledge to leverage critical decision making to increase safety, aid collaboration, and influence positive outcomes. 

Hawk Empire’s Founder and President has an extensive background in campus security, executive protection, tactical hand to hand training, and de-escalation techniques.  Members of the educational staff also have diverse expertise in higher education, therapeutic communication, conflict resolution, and healthcare.  We specialize in custom programming for K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare Organizations, Law Enforcement, and Corporations.
